Welcome to Bible Songs ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Bible Songs is a continuous music streaming activity that plays Bible songs — Psalms, worship, and Scripture-based music — from the SGSS open library. The App is designed to stream continuously ("24/7"). While listening, you can adjust the volume or mute the audio, but you cannot pause or skip the shared stream, so everyone in the channel hears the same song at the same time.

2. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App or its underlying services.
• You may not use the App to distribute, copy, or re-host the music for commercial purposes without permission.

3. Intellectual Property

The music streamed by the App belongs to SGSS and its licensors and is provided for personal, non-commercial listening. The App's code is open source. All rights in the songs remain with their respective owners.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
